What is your return policy?

We accept returns of online purchases for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) up to 14 days after the date of delivery for unused and unworn merchandise with receipt. You may also return in-store if are able to visit our store. We accept returns for in-store purchases for a full refund up to 10 days after the date of purchase. 

Bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, sale items, items purchased at a discounted or promotional price and gift cards are ALL SALES FINAL.

Items with gift receipts can be exchanged only.

How do I return or exchange my order?

You can ship your item back to us or stop by in person at our store. We'll inspect the item and determine if we can approve the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note PayPal returns may take additional time and your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I make changes to my order?

We start working on your order the as soon as possible in order to get your purchase to you in a timely manner. If there is something that needs to be changed and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us immediately and we will try to accommodate as much as we can. 

Do you ship internationally?

We now offer international shipping at a flat rate. We are not responsible for any customs costs.
