We love supporting small and local businesses here in Hawaii. We proudly stock a curated assortment of handmade, made in Hawaii and women-owned companies. Maker Bio: Cassi Essentials started in 2018 while owner and maker, Cassidy Apo, was going to college in Washington State. Born and raised in Honolulu, Cassidy returned home from college and continued to grow her business. Cassi Essential's motto is to "inspire you with things you never knew you needed." Creating meaningful, personal items and seeing the joy that it brings to people is what makes Cassi Essentials what it is.
Shipping
$5 flat shipping rate within Hawaii and $8 flat shipping rate for orders shipping to the Mainland US on orders under $150. All shipping is via USPS. Valia Honolulu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
$30 flat shipping rate for International Shipping. Valia Honolulu is not responsible for customs fees that may be incurred.
After you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and ship. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays so no orders are processed on these day. Once processed, estimated shipping times within Hawaii are 1-2 business days. Currently we are experiencing shipping delays to the US Mainland and shipping times may be up to 14 days or longer and internationally 15-45 business days. We will notify you when the item has shipped and provide the tracking number for your order (domestic orders only).
If you live in Hawaii, and you'd like to order something and pick up in store, you may select "Local Pickup" during checkout or call us at 808-208-8585 to place a phone order. The return policy will be in effect from the date of purchase and not the date of pickup.
If you notice an error in your order or address, please notify us immediately. Once shipped, any errors cannot be corrected.

We accept will accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after the date of delivery (for online) and up to 10 days after the date of purchase (for in-store) for any unused and unworn merchandise with receipt. Beauty products, Jewelry, Sale of Discounted Merchandise are ALL SALES FINAL.
