The Keiki Dept. is owned by Leilani, a Native Hawaiian Māmā of four. After the birth of her son, Leilani started to create locally inspired clothing and accessories that was durable enough to handle everyday play. This passion project slowly evolved as her ʻohana grew and their needs changed. Based in ʻAiea, Hawaiʻi, The Keiki Dept.’s mission is to share knowledge of Hawaiian culture through their products and give back to their local community.

$5 flat shipping rate within Hawaii and $8 flat shipping rate for orders shipping to the Mainland US on orders under $150. All shipping is via USPS. Valia Honolulu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
$30 flat shipping rate for International Shipping. Valia Honolulu is not responsible for customs fees that may be incurred.
After you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and ship. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays so no orders are processed on these day. Once processed, estimated shipping times within Hawaii are 1-2 business days. Currently we are experiencing shipping delays to the US Mainland and shipping times may be up to 14 days or longer and internationally 15-45 business days. We will notify you when the item has shipped and provide the tracking number for your order (domestic orders only).
If you live in Hawaii, and you'd like to order something and pick up in store, you may select "Local Pickup" during checkout or call us at 808-208-8585 to place a phone order. The return policy will be in effect from the date of purchase and not the date of pickup.
If you notice an error in your order or address, please notify us immediately. Once shipped, any errors cannot be corrected.
